REFUND & RETURN POLICY WITH FRIENDLY TOUR GUIDE MADAGASCAR
By adhering to these policies, we ensure that your travel experience with us is as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Nothing is difficult for us in Madagascar.We are committed to upholding the rights of our customers by providing clear and fair business.
However, be informed that when it comes to refund, it may take 30 to 60 days and it will be done with the same way you paid us (Bank wire, Western Union, World Remit, cash). We look forward to assisting you with all your travel needs and providing a memorable experience in Madagascar.
Cancellation by Customer:
If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees vary depending on the package booked, and we reserve the right to apply them as necessary. We incur any liability for a cancellation fee or charge for any booking that you cancel, you agree to indemnify us for the amount of that fee or charge.
Here is our refund policy based on the timing of your cancellation:
- Full refund of the advance deposit for cancellations made 90 days or more before the scheduled departure date (excluding national flight tickets).
- 50% refund of the advance deposit for cancellations made 60 days before the scheduled departure date.
- No refund for cancellations made within 15 to 29 days of the scheduled departure date
Modification of the paid services.
We will not reimburse any services not consumed due to a client’s decision to interrupt the trip, whether for personal reasons, health reasons, or any other reason.
In the event of medical repatriation by the client’s insurance leading to a trip interruption, unused services will not be eligible for reimbursement by Friendly Tour Guide Madagascar.
Tour Guide Services:
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your tour guide services, please inform us immediately so that we can address any issues and make necessary improvements. We will strive to ensure that you have an enjoyable and informative experience during your time with us.
Car Rental Service:
If you encounter any issues with your rental car, such as mechanical problems or cleanliness concerns, driver conduits, please contact us right away so we can resolve the situation promptly. We aim to provide an experienced, professional driver, with well-maintained vehicles and excellent customer service throughout your rental period with us.
Accommodations:
We only work with hotels that respect our services quality as a great accommodation for travellers. All of them are recommended by our past clients and high rated on TripAdvisor.
Force Majeure Cancellation
In the world of travel, there are many unforeseen circumstances that can arise and disrupt our plans. These can range from natural disasters to pandemics, quarantines, border closures, international travel restrictions, and even political unrest that may affect the safety of the customer or the ability to carry out travel plans. This event is considered as a Force Majeure and our company will not be liable for any refunds. Therefore, we are committed to working closely with each individual to find a suitable solution. This may include offering an alternative trip date or a different itinerary at no additional cost. We believe that this approach is not only fair but also demonstrates our commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
